Can you install windows and doors for my listed property?

You will need to obtain listed building consent first. Even if we’re replacing them with like-for-like windows and doors, it’s still advisable to contact your local planning department.

Do you install uPVC windows?

Our windows are all made of timber, which offers excellent aesthetics, thermal performance and longevity. It’s a sustainable material, and also helps maintain the appearance of character properties and listed buildings.

What products do you make and where are they manufactured?

We make bespoke sash windows, casement windows, doors, and joinery.

We can also offer sash window repairs and casement window repairs.

All joinery is made in our Home Counties workshop.

Is your timber environmentally friendly?

Timber is a renewable material, so it’s one of the most environmentally friendly materials you can choose. All our timber is sustainably sourced.

What types of timber do you use? Can I choose which one I want?

Our preferred timber choices are oak, ash, redwood and utile, but we can manufacture joinery from any timber you specify. You can choose the type of timber you’d like – we can advise you based on your products.

Is timber the best option for doors and windows?

Timber is an excellent option for doors and windows. It’s traditional, beautiful, strong, resilient and environmentally friendly. We’ll be happy to tell you more about why timber is a great option at your free consultation.

What types of windows can you repair and replace?

We can make timber sash windows and casement windows to your specifications, as well as repairing existing timber windows.

What types of doors do you offer?

We can make bespoke timber front doors, French doors and bi-fold doors. We can also repair existing doors.

Do you offer guarantees?

All the joinery we make is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years, with an insurance-backed guarantee. We can tell you more during your consultation.

What are your lead times?

This depends on many factors. We can discuss lead time with you during your free consultation when we know more about what you need.

What are your payment terms?

We request a 50% deposit to begin your order. The balance is due upon completion of manufacture. We accept payment by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

Yes we do – we have a team who can install windows, doors and joinery to achieve the perfect fit.
